What is LadyCare?

LadyCare is a natural solution for reducing or, (in some cases) completely eliminating symptoms of menopause and perimenopause. LadyCare has been supporting women since 2005 and sells products all over the world to women who are suffering through this challenging time in their lives. 

The LadyCare Plus device is worn against the body, discreetly attached to the underwear. It is composed of two parts; a larger pear-shaped part and a round button part which join together magnetically. 

Is LadyCare Just a Magnet?

LadyCare Plus uses magnetic therapy to rebalance the ANS (autonomic nervous system) but it is not just simply a magnet. The patented device has a unique directional device alongside a powerful magnet which has been specifically targeted for use with perimenopausal/menopausal women. There is nothing out there that does exactly what LadyCare Plus does.  

Both parts of the device, including the pear-shaped side and the round button, are equally as important and should always be worn together. No magnetic substitute should be used alongside either component. 

Why Target the ANS?

The ANS is responsible for controlling many of our bodily responses and it’s comprised of two parts, the SNS (Sympathetic Nervous System) and the PNS (Parasympathetic nervous system). Understanding the ANS helps to understand how LadyCare works. 

The SNS is the flight or flight stress reactor system and is therefore responsible for reacting to certain situations by causing our focus to chance. This is through bodily functions such as increased heart rate and dilated pupils which help us ready for an attack or perceived threat. The PNS is the opposite side and takes care of rest and digestion. 

The symptoms of perimenopause and menopause which occur as a result of hormonal reduction are believed to cause an imbalance to the ANS. Falling progesterone and oestrogens specifically cause this offset between the PNS and the SNS, leaving it unable to regulate bodily functions. 

This is why stress reactions like heart rate and body temperature, as well as many others, are no longer under control during this time.  

LadyCare Plus targets the ANS rather than targeting specific symptoms. For example, the number one symptom women report suffering from is hot flushes. LadyCare Plus does not target hot flushes directly, but when worn, it helps to rebalance the offset ANS which is believed to cause the hot flushes. 

It’s true that there are some lucky women who do not experience symptoms of menopause, or if they do it’s a very mild experience. These women tend to be the exception rather than the rule.

How is LadyCare Plus Worn?

Wearing LadyCare Plus correctly is really important to the effectiveness of the device. It should be worn attached to the front of the underwear, with the pear-shaped part sitting against the skin pointing upwards and the round button on the outside of the underwear. The device connects magnetically but has a very strong connection so it should not slip or move. 

LadyCare Plus needs a chance to work and this means you should not expect to see immediate benefits. It’s true that some women will notice an improvement after just a few days, but for many women, it can take several weeks before any results are seen. In all cases, we recommend giving LadyCare a full 3 months of wear before assessing the benefits. 

This means wearing the device 24/7 every single day. If you remove LadyCare it will stop working, it has to be worn in order to receive benefits.

The Link Between Stress

LadyCare Plus was originally created alongside our standard LadyCare device to tackle the issue of high ongoing stress overriding the rebalancing effects of LadyCare. We have now discovered the optimal power with LadyCare Plus. This means that women who suffer from constant stress (from factors not related to menopause) can still receive benefits. We still always recommend trying to reduce stress as much as possible to help aid the balance of the ANS.

Following the initial success of LadyCare Plus and the huge popularity it received as a new product, we now only sell this device. Replacement buttons can be purchased from our official website if they become misplaced. We appreciate it’s easy to lose smaller items and always recommend keeping LadyCare in the box during bathing/showering. 

REMINDER: You must wear LadyCare day and night for the device to work successfully. Please remember that LadyCare Plus will work for the majority of women, but sadly it will not work for absolutely everyone.
